We are venturing deeper into the plant-powered jungle this autumn with our latest female chef burger collaboration.
We’ve teamed up with Chantelle Nicholson, multi-award-winning Chef Patron of Tredwell’s and protégée of Marcus Wareing.
Chantelle has developed a plant-powered masterpiece featuring the groundbreaking Moving Mountains B12patty, kimchee, cashew butter, green chilli salsa, butter lettuce and vegan liquid gold – Rubies in the Rubbleaquafaba mayonnaise – all topped off with a classic Haché Ciabatta bun.
Available across all six restaurants from today, perfect to celebrate World Vegetarian Day on October 1st with us.
Originally trained as a lawyer, New-Zealand born Chantelle has had an impressive ascent into the world of food. From the Gordon Ramsey Scholarship competition to Chef Patron of Tredwell’s, her remarkable talent is driven by her love of plant-based cooking and the eco-system of the sustainable food world, making her the perfect candidate to create a delicious plant-based burger for vegans, flexitarians and adventurous foodies.
