OUR STORY
Haché, the Parisian-inspired neighbourhood spot from the boutique restaurant group The Hush Collection, has been serving up signature chopped steak burgers for over two decades. Haché was the original trailblazer for premium burgers with its first space in Camden (a favourite of Amy Winehouse).
Since 2004, Haché has continued to grow and now boasts four fully-fledged Brasserie restaurants in the Surrey Riverside, High Holborn and South West London, and one original Haché Burgers restaurant in Camden.
